Went here for a colonoscopy and it went well. Nurses were the best part as they were very calming and accommodating throughout. Reception lady was nice, didn’t get to speak to be doctor though. You will be laid down and asked questions, then u get an iv and wheeled into the exam room. The nurse/doctor performing ur test will talk to u before hand, make sure to tell them all your symptoms. Had very nice doctors and nurses. Had a flexible sigmoidoscopy. They offered juice at the end but I declined. They tell you to get PICO-Salax for prep which is very easy to drink. They let you have sedation, I wanted to see if I could do without but it's a bit painful so I asked for it in the middle of the procedure. Fell asleep really quickly then I was awake and it was over. Very cool people and very cool procedure.
Dr Newman and nurse Kiran were great. They should replace the anaesthesiologist, very rude. Tried to explain to her about previous slow recovery from anaesthesia and she just argued with me. Have been told in the past to inform anaesthesiologist about this when having anaesthesia. Also heard her berating another patient about wearing a mask. Very unprofessional!
Good experience with this clinic and staff was amazing.
Very Disappointed! It’s like an assembly line for gastric testing! Didn’t even provide juice and cookies at end of procedure to get blood sugars back up after day of fasting, which every other clinic I’ve been to has provided. Wanted me to get dressed ASAP and I was feeling woozy from sedation. Worst of all…rude Obnoxious Anesthesiologist Anna, who was snippy during the prep…seriously? The last thing you need before a colonoscopy is a diva to deal with! Go elsewhere
