I had an appointment on September 12, both for endoscopy and colonoscopy. It was my first time and I was stressed initially but the nurse was so nice. She explained everything calmly even when I asked twice . The anesthesiologist was extremely kind and professional. He came to speak with me beforehand, explained everything clearly, and carefully went over my information and asked me questions again to make sure everything was okay. Mackenzie Endoscopy clinic is the best clinic in Vaughan. Dr Jamie Newman is very professional with very kind bed side manners and extremely precise with his colonoscopies and endoscopies - explains everything in great detail and makes suggestions to help my over all health. Dr Newman saved my husbands life! 🙏🏼 He’s a very good Dr, that’s why I asked for him. 😊 Dr Roy the sedation Dr was very gentle and kind as well as Teran my nurse, she was exceptional ! The front desk staff was helpful. Thank you all. :)
If I could give this clinic ZERO stars, I absolutely would. They do not even deserve half a star. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way this clinic manages its appointments and patients’ time. My endoscopy was scheduled for 6:30 PM. It is now 7:40 PM, and I am STILL waiting. There is still another patient ahead of me, which means I have absolutely no idea how much longer I am expected to wait. After waiting for 2 hours for my appointment I was taken into the room and placed in a bed. After laying in the bed for another half hour, I couldn't take it anymore, mentally, and had to leave.
Both my parents had their screening colonoscopy done here. Very professional and helpful staff. Clean environment. Flexible weekend appointment times.
