Dr. Augsten is a fantastic Dr. who takes care of her patients well. I had went through several miscarriages before switching to Dr. Augsten and she reassured me that we would figure out what was going on. We ran a bunch of tests and she walked me through the process with care and ease. I had two losses during the testing and Dr. Augsten helped me through those as well. I would not recommend Dr. Austgen if you're looking for help with heavy bleeding and painful periods. After detailing my years of debilitating periods and my fear that something was wrong, Dr. Austgen told me I have a "normal period with bad symptoms." I shared that I'd talked to other women in my life, and this was nothing like their experience, and she insisted that everything was normal. I waited over an HOUR and my doctor still had two patients in front of me. I had to reschedule because I had to be somewhere else and could not wait any longer. I never had this problem before Michiana Obstetrics and Gynecology moved to the South Bend Clinic. It is difficult to get into their Duly system due a deceptive button that takes you to another website.
