I enthusiastically recommend Alli. Perfect-depth deep tissue work for me - only one session and my upper and lower back felt super relieved. She found tension in my shoulders that I didn't even know I had and worked me through that. Plus, I received a couple of great stretching tips and the one that I've been using for my lower back is working! I will be repeating.

I cannot recommend MacKenzie Athletic Therapies enough. I have been working with Alli for roughly 3-4 months and my body has never felt better. I am recovering from Achilles repair surgery this last year and since seeing her I have made great progress on not only getting full function but the repair site being less Frankenstein looking.
