Do not rent. These people are not landlords, they are slumlords.
Horrible! I have been renting from these slum lords for 2 years and I am glad to be officially moving! They do not take care of their property or mow the lawns or maintain the building in any way. Despite the fact that I and all my neighbors pay all our rent on time they still do not care. Do NOT rent from them! It is bullshit! They won't even call you back if you call!
