Purchased a home that had a roof replaced by Macke in 2019. We had a leak from something not done correctly around the chimney. It wasn't easy, but I eventually got a hold of someone and they fixed the roof leak. Then I had to continuously reach out again to get someone to repair the ceiling damage. Not the most responsive, but they are getting it done.
We had Macke put our roof on two years ago. They were incredible. This review is about their post install client support. I had a friend’s daughter who purchased a house and had a small roof leak. Most roofers wouldn’t even talk to her. I recommended they call Macke. They took the call and provided guidance to this young homeowner. They provided a recommendation of who to call and then followed up with her. Angie came to give us a quote and she was the first honest person to tell us our roof did not need to be replaced for 2-5 years, we appreciate this honesty as we have 4 other quotes that noone ever mentioned that we did not need to replace the roof right away. Angie was professional and explained everything in great detail. Honesty is everything in this world and when we decide to go forward with our roof replacement Macke is on top.
