I came in for my usual oil change. It was done in a timely manner. The mechanic showed me a couple of dirty filters before I authorized him to absolutely change them. I am always pleased with Macke's service department.
No replay
My 2016 Ford F150 had the water pump go out just outside of Lake City and I was able to get it back to Macke Motors. The service team replaced the water pump, thermostat and serpentine belt for about $1,100. After repairs were "completed" I drove my truck back to Carroll, just to have it overheat in my driveway and the coolant reservoir was almost empty but nothing was leaking. Dealer confirmed car as listed, drove 2.5 hours one way only to find out car was not as listed. It said manual transmission when it was an automatic. Wasted 5 hours drive time. All they (the manager and the salesman) could say was they can't change it and they don't review their listings.
