Excellent care from receptionist, vet assistant and Dr. Will Mclean.
Dr. Will at MacKays Animal Hospital is truly the best. My dog has extreme anxiety when it comes to vet visits, but he always handles her with so much care and such a gentle touch. She does noticeably better here with Dr. Will than she ever has with any other vet. The receptionists are also incredibly kind and welcoming. Every visit has been an amazing experience ☺️
MacKay’s Animal Hospital been my trusted veterinary clinic for 12 years for my two cats. No matter where I have lived I always make the journey to them for any needs my animals have, as I have so much trust in their care and expertise. I would find it very hard to trust anyone else with my fur babies. I’ve felt as if everyone at MacKay’s adores and cares for my pets as much as I do myself. They are such a lovely team :). All of the vets and assistants at MacKay's Animal Hospital--without exception--are kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. It is difficult to imagine having anyone else care for our two pups.
We’ve been going to MacKay’s Animal Hospital for almost 15 years. I’ve always had the impression that the staff and doctors genuinely care about the welfare and comfort of the animals. When our previous cat was old and nearing the end of her life, MacKay’s was always able to fit us in for short notice (during open hours) when she needed urgent medical care.
