Had to bring our elderly dog to be put down. Our regular vet was on vacation. Not only did they accommodate us on their lunch break, they gave us as much time as we needed to grieve. Each person was wonderful. Thank you.
We went in for a meet and greet and the level of service was beyond our expectations. Everyone was so kind and understanding with our 3 dogs that came in. We adopted 2 if them over 2 weeks ago and the Dr. And staff were so patient with them that made me feel so comfortable. We did some research and all the reviews said they were great and I could not agree more. Once in the office they did a detailed look at our dogs and there medical history. our 8 month old kitten suddenly got lethargic and was straining to poop. We brought him here to McKay's animal hospital. Dr. McLean and this staff went above and beyond what we could ever hope for. They did every test. Our kitten ended up having a fever and a possible block in his bowels, he has surgery performed by dr. McLean and our kitten was back and fourth from home to the doctors for the best care and our kitten immediately after surgery began eating and getting better.
