Office staff @ Bloomington is rude and disrespectful. They need training on professionalism, kindness and courtesy. The front office staff (Missy or Misty) is unable to remain calm in a fast paced work environment and she is quick to judge. The MD is a pill pusher, he doesn't seem to care about the patient and does not listen. They will let a patient run completely out of medication and say they "forgot" to contact the pharmacy.
