As a tenant of a home that my family is renting, I was so thankful for the prompt and professional service from MacKay. Steve came to do the quote for our landlord, and Jesse and Josh came a few days later to install a new a/c unit. They were all very courteous and walked me through what they did. They did a wonderful job from start to finish. The communication between them, my landlord, and myself was great. Thank you so much!
Needed to replace an old mini split that had stopped working. Led by Josh the guys came at 8am and did a very professional job and had the old equipment out and the new installed and up and running in just a few hours. Would definitely return to Mackay's for future AC/heating requirements and fully recommend them based on my experience.
38 degrees in the house late Friday to Monday morning, we did not want to make an emergency call but first thing Monday morning put a call into McKay and they put us in between 1 & 3 the same day. Brenda was very pleasant and helpful. Steve showed up and very knowledgeable and with one new relatively inexpensive part got us up and running, absolutely no high pressure sales just wanted to see we were happy. Our 23 year old AC needed a new capacitor, a common affliction. Steve came out and repaired and tested it. At any point he could have said it was beyond help, but he didn't. He was honest and provided excellent service. If I need a new AC I know where to go.
