The folks at MacKay heating and cooling are friendly, professional, prompt and go out of their way to get to you quickly and resolve problems. We’ve been using them for years and have always been happy even when they are called upon in the middle of the snowy night. I recommend them with enthusiasm.
This is my 1st experience with MacKay heating . After my regular service company responded , in late October , to my request to perform my annual furnace maintenance service in November . Sorry , we have not started to book November yet was the response . He was friendly and professional. Didn't seem rushed. Took his time to do the job right. Was patient in explaining to me what he was doing during the process and answered my questions with respect.
