I found McKay's at the St Catharines Home Show back in 2014. We picked them because they were knowledgeable on the subject heat pumps - they installed a new furnace and heat pump for us a few months later - and we have been dealing with them ever since. Everyone we have dealt with has been extremely nice and more importantly, they all go out of their way to provide top quality service. It has been a pleasure dealing with everyone at MacKay Heating & Cooling, with much appreciation.

I contacted Mackay Heating & Cooling for a quote on a new hot water tank. Tyler arrived at our home within an hour and was very friendly and professional. He provided a detailed quote at no charge, which we really appreciated. We decided to move forward with the installation, and Chris and Zack came the next day. Called for an urgent repair to a natural gas line. Quick response time, friendly staff. Right after the repair I noticed a strong gas smell in the house. A fitting had been installed incorrectly, causing a leak indoors. Took several more hours for a repair to be completed. I appreciate the fast service, but the mistake added a lot of additional stress to the situation.
