Came in yesterday first time . Very nice and so helpful . Just moved to Mission so we needed some replacement parts for various things took us right to it . Thanks we will be back

I have been a happy camper (customers) since I moved back to Kansas City in 1988. Kelly and his team have not only saved me time and money on every home project that I have need their help with, but also on many community events. Most importantly, they laugh at my jokes.

When I walk into Mack hardware, I always come with a question. 100% of the time Kelly or one of his knowledge team members delights me with some crafty answers and solutions. It makes me feel good that I can be a "do it your selfer" with the help of this old time feel neighborhood hardware store.

This is a real hardware store. They have what you need and the employees to help you make the project happen. The customer service here always goes beyond expectations- like nothing you've experienced in another store. John and Kelley are great!
