Another great experience with Nextran Truck Centers in Fort Myers. This time I especially want to thank Giffen Dudley and Xiomivel Castillo for taking such good care of us, and Ethan Sonnema as well. Everyone was attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. They got the truck taken care of and made the whole process easy from start to finish. It’s always nice to deal with people who actually care about their customers. Thank you guys!
Terrible customer service over the phone—the absolute worst. You’re left on hold for over an hour; they keep you waiting because they have no desire to work. They should all be fired.
