Storage units have mice. I had mice droppings in the majority of my items. No food was in my unit.

Zero professionalism, was served with an indignant attitude from the very first interaction. I rented a box truck that I used for 7 miles, half of which was unloaded. In that time they charged me for gas which I replenished, a dolly which I never used, and I even had to go produce change for them only to still give me incorrect change. Mack Storage is small and off to itself. Pretty decent but the trash geesh! That is a major eye sore, smell and just like really I pay rent for storage but I have walk in or out to see wild trash everywhere but the dumpster. I feel it could me more presentations for what people are paying monthly to rent.
