Mack Roofing came with enthusiasm new shingles and siding. One year + later gutters are still dangling, entire back of my house has no siding no soffits and the shower floor is wavey. I have begged and pleaded to no advail. He does say when he gets back he will get it all done in a day but winter is here once again . I gave Jordon the benefit of dought many times cause he promised, He still has lots of our money. So disappointed. Please come back and finish all your jobs that you agreed upon.
Update 10.27.25. Jordan cam out over a month ago finally. Rip the soaked singles off. Put the first layer of a 2 ply roof. Said he's be back the next day, never showed. I have been requesting him to finish. However, nothing. I unfortunately have to file a small claims in Austintown today. What a waste of time and money. Now the second layer has to be applied at 40 degrees or higher.... what a waste of time and money. I hire Jordan and crew to repair a porch roof. Absolutely amazing had some shingles come off because of high winds he was able to fix them immediately
Update. Jordan still giving the same tired reasons not to come out since last year. Or saids im tring to get out this week. On August 1 I will file with the court to try and get my money back. I've bent over backwards to work with Jordan. I gave Jordan until then to fix this. Here is my roof since last year. Still leaks everytime it rains.
would never have hire this guy for anything ---kept stalling me all last summer about putting chimney cap on even though was in his contract to do so----sept 23RD said waiting for part to come in--oct 3rd said he will see when his guy can install-oct 28th said should install next wk---messaged 3 times before got answer nov 12th saying will install by nov 15th----no response since------the work he did do was terrible---doesnt seem to know what hes doing
