I've been seeing Dr Rachel since I moved into town and he is the best! He's adaptive when I have a problem with a medication (very sensitive skin) and spends as much time as needed to take care of me, my husband, and my mother in law. We are all very happy with him.
Wonderful doctor and staff! I drive 250 plus miles there for my appointments and they are worth every mile. He explains everything and provides great results.
I saw Dr. Rachal for over a year while my acne kept getting worse. I repeatedly told him my symptoms were hormonal, but he ignored me and kept prescribing treatments that only made my skin break out more. Best dermatologist I have ever seen, and I'm 71 years old. Very focused on patient communication, straight forward and knowledgeable. Staff is excellent.
Best and most thorough dermatologist. Very kind and patient to my elderly mother. Staff are all fantastic! Wish other doctor offices had such great staff. Staff answers phone within 2 rings and always polite (and helpful ). Nursing stuff always seemed to be happy and enjoying their jobs. And then when upon leaving the staff once again are a great representation of Dr. Rachal- kind and polite. Highly recommend this doctor and his staff.
