Used them for 12 years, but they have really gone down hill in the last year. They encouraged me to try mosquito service this summer - it doesn't work and you cannot get anyone out to re-treat. The service guarantee is a joke. I've been calling for 2.5 weeks and I'm continually told, "we're working on the schedule, we'll call you back."
