Never Again I live in an apartment complex here in Nashville and they use Mack Pest Control. After two run ins with them, I have told the management here that if they ever give my keys to any of MPC's servicemen, I will call the police. Twice they have entered my apartment while I was home and twice they have failed to knock, make themselves known, or even pause for me to figure out who they were. Yes we have Marsha Moss come in and do our pest control and we have no complaints. She always comes in professional and does a good job as well as being knowledgeable at what she does. She also is a pet friendly person who loves our pets as well.
I was preparing to sell my home when I discovered ants around the home. I immediately called Mack Pest Control and explained my problem. The folks at Mack Pest Control were very nice and they sent out a technician the next day. I was pleased with Macks quick response, excellent service and very reasonabl;e pricing.
