I am so frustrated with Mack Maids of Myrtle Beach! I read the great reviews and drove 8 hrs to meet with Rachel and thought, "My stress is over, I have finally found a great company who I can rely on to clean my beach condo". Well that was the farthest thing from the truth. It started out with having to constantly check up to see IF they even cleaned my unit. Absolutely the best cleaning company on the beach. They did a move-out cleaning for me that was amazing; our 13 year old, well lived-in house looked like a brand new home and the new owners were delighted with how beautiful the house looked. It was a particularly stressful time for us as my husband was hospitalized in the middle of our move and Mack Maids bent over backwards to make sure the job was done right! THANK YOU!
I am just blown away with this company /Tiffany and Shelly. The attention to detail throughout my home was worth twice the price!! They really went above and beyond my expectations and my husband and I are definitely going to have them back every month! Having a toddler and a very rambunctious 6 year old son made it literally impossible for me to be able to really deep clean and my house really needed it! I own multiple properties in Myrtle Beach and I recently switched to Mack Maids for their deep cleaning and turnover services. They are a very professional company with seamless service. They know what to look for when cleaning and will alert me whenever something is “off”. Im not local and I completely trust this company with my properties. Would highly recommend!
