2/2 PERFECT, transparent and professional legal needs were solved by Mack Lawyers. First, Craig for our estate and then Jonathan for our 1st house purchase. Both times, Craig & Jonathan were timely, honest, detailed orientated and communicated smoothly to us unfamiliar with legal processes or terminology. It's not often one needs a Lawyer for daily life things, but Mack Lawyers is 10/10 in my experience.
Filed out form online, waited a month with no response. Called the office and was told their Civil Litigation lawyer would contact me either that day on the next to set up an appointment, waited for 2 weeks with no call back. Phoned today (Aug.25/25) and was told that they would call me when they had the time. I feel that with this type of attitude they have far to much money or not enough laywers and are not interested in takeing on new clients.
We've had an outstanding experience working with Jonathan and Jennifer! They were always very responsive and took the time to walk us through our questions, making sure we understood everything and felt comfortable. Thank you to the team for all your support!
