Not good. One guy was so sure of himself, he knew everything, he fixed a solder joint that had a leak in it and it only lasted 4 days. Tried to call them for 5 days and never got a return call. Had to get another A/C company out to repair what he did and was told the bad solder job ruined my 4 ton heat pump . Now I have to replace it . I have left phone messages with no return call not f****** happy. This is going to be expensive. Do not call thus company at all.
This company is out of business and stuck me for $500
At first stated he could not get to me until Monday ( boiler heat will not turn on) I usually do all repairs my self this time couldn’t figure it out , had me call his backup northfield heating and cooling,during the mean time mack jc called said he had I repair man could send in half hour, could not have asked for more friendly guy checked the thermostat getting no power wiring in basement ( this has not been touched before) found short replaced old mercury thermostat w/ digatil, wife happy me happy will use again
