Mac is a fantastic dentist. I'm not sure why the one star here had that experience because every encounter I have had with him and his office staff has been great. He listens to what you need, doesn't try to sell unnecessary procedures, and has taken care of my complex mouth for over 8 years. Yes, it's not a big fancy office with lots of superfluous staff, and yes, they are extremely competent and caring.

If my experience is any indication, trusting Dr. Jacobs is a danger to your oral health. Dr. Jacobs will go and entire appointment without noticing anything wrong with your health. Only when you bring up a concern will he go back to check and realize that he missed something. I personally have been victim of Dr. Jacobs being silent on: Cavities, gum recessions, wear from grinding, etc. In my final appointment, I was on my way out wh

They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. My teeth cleaning didn't feel rushed at all. They always take the time to make sure they are thorough.

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Did this dentist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for.

Dr. Mack Jacob is a great dentist he is always on time very clean the facilities are warm and caring, there located in a residential space and I love it they remodeled the rooms and they have like purple leather chairs and a flat screen in the consultation room with a waterfall, the secreatries are pleasant, his dentistry is excellent he did a rootcanal on me I was in no pain and my teeth were chipped pretty bad in the front now im more confident about my smile beacuse of Doctor jacob. This is a great dentist
