Your driver on 287 N heading into Parsippany around 8:25am this morning was swerving in and out of lanes, cutting people off, and tailgating other drivers. He was also using his phone and holding it directly against his head. Once he got off 287 and onto Rt 10 he cut across three lanes to get into the left most lane, all without using a blinker, and cutting off more than one person in the process.
