Had service call to fix a plug on septic tank. They couldn't fix the plug bc wire was too short. Was still charged $175 for 15mins and plug still not fixed. Ridiculous
I only stopped in here to see someone I know. They love working here. Some really nice people here!!
Would not recommend for septic maintenance. Customer service very rude and sounds as if they are reading from something when you voice concerns. Does not address your concerns or does not particularly care. They are quick to assume you may need something new or repaired in order to receive more money for the visit. They are also more expensive for the 2 visits a year than competitors. We will be having someone else start servicing our septic from now on. Would definitely not recommend.
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful in helping me fix my septic system.
