It is evident to me that Dr. Mack cares about his patients and will go out of his way to see that they receive the correct treatment for their foot problems.
A number of bad practices found at Mack Foot office: 1) my wife had an appointment and through that it was determined that she needed foot supports in early December 2016, which were ordered and the office was supposed to receive them at the end of December, but it took 2 months for the office to receive the supports! 2) once the office received the supports, we wanted to just pick them up, but Mack Foot wants us to set up another appointment just to pick up the supports! An absolutely amazing experience. Dr. Mack is an absolutely wonderful person - it is very evident that he truly cares about his patients. I have been to see him on several occasions for myself and for my children, as well. Each time I have gone in there, we were welcomed warmly by the front office staff, and Dr. Mack as well. I was able to get appointments for myself and 2 of my children (on 3 different occasions) within a day or two of calling the office. Most importantly, Dr. Mack is EXTREMELY knowledgeable.
