Owner responds to Jim P. about the above review: We sell military fasteners of which all must meet strict requirements. A very honest shipping error, is one thing, but shipping Chinese products and labeling them as "made in the USA" is quite another situation. The US government defines this as "counterfeiting", no matter how Jim tries to sugar coat it. It is illegal and can provide non-certified, substandard fasteners for critical applications in the military, aircraft and many other applications resulting in damage or even ... read more

Be careful of this company. Be very careful. This idiot loves to slam his competitors on line for his own self gain. Be careful of doing business with him. He uses a situation which was a very clear and very honest shipping error, and advertises it as "counterfeiting", only for the purpose of making his company look good and his competitors look bad. The obvious question here is that if his company is so "good", why did he need to buy product from his competitor?
