Dr Ho is thoughtful and attentive. He is a good dentist. I am happy with his professional service. Also office personnel are courteous and they make you feel welcome.
I am one of those people who absolutely fear and HATE going to the dentist. However, coming into this office is always a wonderful experience. They are aware of my fear and go out of there way to do certain things to make are I am comfortable and at ease the whole time. They are very gentle and never do anything without telling you what they are going to do and why they are doing it. They turn you around to show you screens, X-rays and explain everything. As always, my visit was excellent. Betty does such a wonderful job with the cleaning prior to seeing Dr. Coker. His exam and charting was most efficient and thorough. Always informative.
