Prior to the visit we informed you that we would be out of town. When I went for my appointment I discovered I was supposed to have taken valium and an antibiotic before hand and to have eaten a small lunch. I did none of these things, since you "informed" me by mail about them, and our mail was held at the post office and delivered after my appointment. You need to work on another method of informing patients of pre-surgical activities. (Our mail is also occasionally delivered to a wrong address with a similar street name. ... read more

I feel I get the best treatment
Everyone was great. I was disappointed at my charting showing that I only had improvements in a few areas but worsening in many more. I'm hoping that between you and Betty we can put this behind me.
The only thing would be to open an office or move to Baytown.
I would give it five stars for Dr. Coker and the staff even though I did not like what is ahead of me with the surgery. But it is what it is and definitely not your fault. I definitely like Dr. Coker and feel confident that I am in his care. Everyone I met was very friendly and appeared to be totally competent. I am hopeful my surgery will go well, but feel like I am in excellent hands.
Everyone was very nice, professional. I enjoyed chatting with the new employee,there was a brief gap in communication with the Dentist and she fill in quite nicely.
