Contacted them to replace the roof on my house. paid $5000. Was told he forgot to bring a contract that he would return following day and get everything signed. 5 months later we are taking them to court to try to get our money back.
Sept 2020- I have a contract with Mack Commercial Roofing to small /slow water leaks found in our ceiling. He checked the roof and signed a contract for $1500 for re-sealing cement (per his proposal) that clearly states IF leak re-occurs, I will come back and solve current issues free of charge. I signed a contract with Mac Commercial Roofing on June 10th 2020. The contract States full price is $4,300 then it says 2150 up front and $2150 when the job is done. We gave them the $2150 then about 3 weeks later they ask for $650 more. They kept telling me that they were too busy to come in and finish the job finally about six weeks later I messaged them and ask them and they told me I haven't paid them the remainder so they don't have to come back until I do.
