myexperience My Ipad took a fall and the screen cracked and the corner of the case was dented. I sent it to Mack for service and in about 2 weeks, it was returned and in like new condition. I am so happy I made the initial investment. Apple would have charged me over $300 for a repair like this based on my research. I will continue to purchase Mack service contracts on all my electronics. My first experience was excellent and I am very please with there service. THANKS MACK!
got a good camera I got a good Nikon d50 camera from this store. The personell were helpful, and the camera was just what I wanted. I would go back in future for a new camera
Canon camera repair I sent my camera in for repair, my Canon Eos 5D. It was logged into their system the same day it was received and was finished in within 10 days. Great service and customer service was very helpful.
Long wait time While the workers are very kind and knowledgeable, the estimated repair time for my camera doubled from when i dropped it off. Also, they had told me that the charges were covered under warranty and a month later, they informed me that it would be over $100, asking if I still wanted the repair. I was satisfied with the repair, but the two month wait was too much for me.
Do not buy anything from Mack Stay away from Mack. Their warranties are a sham. There are hidden fees and major exclusions. Mack will rip you off. Guaranteed.
