I had been seeing Dr Burt most Mondays until I missed a call and called back getting Harbin Clinic Voicemail about 20 minutes before my appointment so I checked in online. When I was dropped off without my wallet or phone I was told they left me a voicemail to cancel my appointment and to set down and wait for my ride. No TV, magazines, just rude lady who is okay with the lack of professionalism if Burt leaves HC, call me. It's a 1 hour 3 mile walk to my house.
