December 2023 Review Thanks again Mack for second amazing service experience! My propane boiler was causing black soot to build up on the side of my house. The First company I called tried to convince me I needed to replace the whole thing at a cost of over $12,000, so I called Mack. He is a true expert and was able to skillfully clean and repair my existing boiler making it run good as new at less than a tenth of the replacement cost. Our commercial contract required a HVAC Maintenance plan. Mack was very responsive with a quick appointment setup. He called me when he was running a few minutes late, stating he prided himself on punctuality. It ended up that there was nothing on our property that needed maintenance and he offered to write a letter stating the situation for our landlord. He got me the letter quickly and at no cost. What an amazing experience. Mack came right out and got our heat up and running. Very personable and professional. Best of all his emergency call price is a lot cheaper than anyone else in the area. My wife and I highly recommend Mack. We will definitely use him moving forward. If honesty and trust are what you’re looking for then this guy is the real deal. Thanks again Mack!!!!

Professional, knowledgeable, responsive, fair and helpful with a pleasant demeanor, is how I describe Mack. When my family lost heat during the holidays, Mack put the warmth back into our home. We are grateful to Mack Antonoff for his excellent service. We are out-of-state owners, so we really appreciated his quick response, visiting our property, analyzing the situation, and recommending appropriate action. He was available by phone and text, answered all our questions immediately, ordered the necessary equipment, installed it and tested it, and sent us photos of the installation. Great job!
