December 2023 Review Thanks again Mack for second amazing service experience! My propane boiler was causing black soot to build up on the side of my house. The First company I called tried to convince me I needed to replace the whole thing at a cost of over $12,000, so I called Mack. He is a true expert and was able to skillfully clean and repair my existing boiler making it run good as new at less than a tenth of the replacement cost. Our commercial contract required a HVAC Maintenance plan. Mack was very responsive with a quick appointment setup. He called me when he was running a few minutes late, stating he prided himself on punctuality. It ended up that there was nothing on our property that needed maintenance and he offered to write a letter stating the situation for our landlord. He got me the letter quickly and at no cost. What an amazing experience. Mack came right out and got our heat up and running. Very personable and professional. Best of all his emergency call price is a lot cheaper than anyone else in the area. I had a very pleasant experience with Mack. I recently bought into the Pocono area, and my house came electric heatpumps that use an old obsolete AUX heat system called hydro kinnetix. I could not find any paperwork online, nor could i find any HVAC companies in the area who knew anything about it. I called Mack to come over any simply inspect my system. Mack Antonoff came to my home and serviced my Ducane Furnace. He was on time, very nice person and honest. He found out the problem with the furnace and repaired it. Now my furnace is working better than before. My husband and I were very impressed with his work and happy with the outcome. We will definitely use him for our HVAC needs and recommend his services.
