If you want your AC installed right the first time, don't hesitate to get Sean to do it for you. We had a split system installed in the workshop/garage as well as a whole house ducted system. Workmanship was top notch (and I'm fussy) and nothing was too much trouble. You get what you pay for these days. Have recommended the Father in law contact Sean to replace an old unit there as well.
Contacted Sean about servicing 2 x split systems and one that had displayed an error code. His response was very quick and the service has left both units functioning back at 100% He was very polite, efficient and arrived for the appointment right when he said he would. Definitely recommend! Thank you so much again for your help.

Summer is intolerable for large burns patients who live with chronic pain and are basically unable to sweat properly - air conditioning is... read more
We are very happy with the friendly and professional service we received from Mack Air services. Sean was able to help with any inquiries we had, and booking to have my split system serviced was very easy to do. I also had a new split system air conditioner installed with Sean and he was able to help with recommending the right size Air-con for our lounge room. On install day Sean went over what we had discussed and once installed he went through the different settings and gave us some tips on the best way to take care of ou... read more
