They only serve current customers and are not taking on new customers. More of a heads up than a negative review. They are probably a great company.

Won't take any new customer Edit: As keeping people warm, cool, and comfortable is your business (and this goes to all the others who aren't taking new customers), you might consider the risk/outcome of no one taking new customers when it is Maine and winter is fast approaching. A simple "We're not taking new customers, Bye" is much more helpful than increasing your hiring efforts.... said no one ever.
