I received a letter from Mr. Macisaac, in February 2015 saying he represented his client, with whom I have a real estate business dispute. I emailed him and asked to kindly be provided with a Notice of Representation. He was not able to provide one to me and said that he no longer represented the client, Cindy Vedder.
