I recently bought a home and Macioce’s name and number are on HVAC unit for service. I have called to schedule a maintenance check, and have left three voicemails over the last few days and couldn’t reach a person and still have not received a return call. While I understand this is a busy season, not getting a return call at all is incredibly unprofessional. I booked with another local company who took my call and scheduled me within a two-minute phone conversation.
Knowledgeable, thorough, professional, dependable are just a few words to describe Tony Macioce, plus he is just a really nice guy! He installed a new furnace for us, was here all day, didn't leave until 8pm! He stuck to his quote eventhough he had made two previous stops prior to the installation. Excellent job, so happy!
