I have been a patient of Dr MacInnis for many years and Hava been completely satisfied with everything from eye exams to cataract surgery I highly recommend Dr MacInnis to every one.
His office doesn't answer phone calls or respond to voice mails. I need a prescription refill, and can't get one because of their non-communication.
Dr. MacInnis was referred by my optometrist for a glaucoma check as there was a family history. I have visited the office about 3 times now in the past two years and found Dr. MacInnis and his staff to be most helpful. He will answer any questions you may have, and is quite thorough. I feel quite confident in trusting my vision care to this doctor and his staff !
This is My experience when I took my 90+ year old mom to see Doctor MacInnis. Doctor MacInnis provided care for my mother, and according to my mom, he is polite warm friendly and caring. Besides getting the 3rd degree as to why I was in the reception area when I walked in while ensuring my mom was ok, my experience with the receptionist Michelle was extremely disappointing, and asked to wait in the hallway.
