I had a mixed experience at this Macy’s. Khristian (shoe department) was outstanding — 5 stars. He was friendly, proactive, genuinely happy to help, and took the time to explain how Macy’s system works (online vs. older in-store systems). He approached me first and made the experience smooth and pleasant. Unfortunately, VALERIE (suits department) and Adam Schmidt, Store Manager, were not very helpful.
