Horrible service from start to finish. I received a referral from my primary doctor to come see Dr. whatever. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy about 2 weeks prior. It’s a sort of facial paralysis. My appointment was for 2pm, I arrived at 1:30 to fill in the paper work. But they were extremely behind on patients so I didn’t end up seeing the neurologist until around 3:45.
