Great service!! Friendly staff!!
I came in on a random Thursday around 3PM for live scan services and I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The location is on the 4th floor, take the elevator and follow the signs! I got family oriented vibes and was greeted with a friendly smile. The actual finger printing went by fast as the person helped place my fingers on the scanner. The last time I did this I remember having to redo multiple times and had no assistance, was a headache. Thank you for such fast and friendly service!
I came as a walk-in for a Live Scan for a volunteer position and they were able to take me in immediately. She even printed my form for me because I don't have a printer at home! The whole thing took less than 10 minutes and was $25 based on the codes on my form. I'm also not easy to print so she did a great job!
Arrived at 1:40pm on a Tuesday. Office door is locked. Rang door bell, no answer. Called phone number: voicemail says “we are open 9am to 5:30pm M-F. You don’t need any appointment. Services are walk in only.” Total waste of time.
Super friendly and knowledgeable. She's been helping me for 10 years and my wife even longer! Highly recommend!!
