Crystal was amazing help !!! Explained everything perfectly &’ guided me step by step + free lock and no administrative fees !
I almost made the mistake of going with UHaul and my brother told me about Macho! Saved me over $100! Family oriented, free one-time van use for move in if it's available (u hv to pay gas used of course), and we'll protected units!
When I came in I was greeted by the manager Crystal, She was kind and & professional. She walked me throguh the process, pricing and even showed me a unit in the rain. Talk about dedication! I am very impressed! Property was nice and clean also, driving was within my budget. Even tho PS had them for less, Crystal insured me of the rate increase amounts and times and the difference in the companies increases so I decided to choose Macho for my move next month! Thank you again for all you do!
I had a great experience with Crystal at Macho Self Storage, Irving. From the moment I walked in she was extremely welcoming professional and helpful. You can truly tell she cares about the property and the customers she helps every day.
