PLEASE get it together Machinify! I have cases pending your final subrogation liens for MONTHS! There is no way we should be waiting so long for your office to assign someone on it, review it, and send us your final lien. I had opened a subro claim in behalf of a client, was told it'll be assigned to someone, I called a month later and it hasnt been assigned so I gave you all a pass. I am a paralegal at a personal injury law firm and have had a deeply frustrating experience working with Machinify (formerly Rawlings) on a subrogation lien itemization for a client. I've noticed a decline for several months with Rawlings, but since the transition to Machinify, the process has been completely dysfunctional. I would warn businesses not to contract with Rawlings. We have been attempting to get a subrogation lien for 6 months and have NEVER received a single response. I have requested a supervisor call me back and have never received that call. We cannot get businesses paid if Rawlings will not provide a lien; our only alternative is to file a lawsuit and name the health insurance company as a defendant thus causing them additional fees because the company they contracted with failed to do their job correctly. They sent my 87 year old father a letter about an accident he had and that he received a settlement. So not true. Obviously by the reviews I've read here, I need to avoid them like the plague. It is so sad what this world has come to. Having to be so careful about all mail, e-mails, phone calls and texts. Everywhere you turn there are scammers out there trying to get your money.
