They sent my 87 year old father a letter about an accident he had and that he received a settlement. So not true. Obviously by the reviews I've read here, I need to avoid them like the plague. It is so sad what this world has come to. Having to be so careful about all mail, e-mails, phone calls and texts. Everywhere you turn there are scammers out there trying to get your money.
We send an LOR and request lien information for all our clients and no one ever contacts us. We call and they ask for a reference number and if we do not have one they say they have to create a new reference number. Makes no sense because where is the LOR we faxed months ago? They don't even offer to look up our client by DOB, Name, or Member ID.
Your subrogation department SUCKS!!! Nobody knows how to respond or send correct liens!!! I absolutely HATE having to constantly complain to your analysts on how to properly do their jobs. There NEVER seems to be a manager/supervisor available either to ACTUALLY help! Your company actually gets ZERO stars from me & I have been dealing with you for YEARS! You seem to have gotten worse instead of better! Do better!!!
If you receive a letter from The Rawlings Group (or Machinify, or whatever they are calling themselves this week), may God have mercy on your soul. They are essentially bottom feeders for the health insurance industry. They are hired by health insurance companies to find loopholes which will allow your health insurance provider to rescind and take back payments already made to your doctor/hospital, thus making you now responsible for the bill.
