I am a paralegal at a personal injury law firm and have had a deeply frustrating experience working with Machinify (formerly Rawlings) on a subrogation lien itemization for a client. I've noticed a decline for several months with Rawlings, but since the transition to Machinify, the process has been completely dysfunctional. I would warn businesses not to contract with Rawlings. We have been attempting to get a subrogation lien for 6 months and have NEVER received a single response. I have requested a supervisor call me back and have never received that call. We cannot get businesses paid if Rawlings will not provide a lien; our only alternative is to file a lawsuit and name the health insurance company as a defendant thus causing them additional fees because the company they contracted with failed to do their job correctly. They sent my 87 year old father a letter about an accident he had and that he received a settlement. So not true. Obviously by the reviews I've read here, I need to avoid them like the plague. It is so sad what this world has come to. Having to be so careful about all mail, e-mails, phone calls and texts. Everywhere you turn there are scammers out there trying to get your money.

We send an LOR and request lien information for all our clients and no one ever contacts us. We call and they ask for a reference number and if we do not have one they say they have to create a new reference number. Makes no sense because where is the LOR we faxed months ago? They don't even offer to look up our client by DOB, Name, or Member ID.
