Quite impressed with the knowledge of the staff and professionalism of the techs. Bought a new machine from them and aside from the schedule slipping (as has always been my experience) the install was very thorough and handled quite well. Post-sale training and support has been fantastic.

If you can avoid doing business with them, I would advise you too at all cost! They are not prompt, nor do they contact you back when they say they will. Also be sure to ask them about extra paperwork they'll need before your order is placed. They won't take it after, just to tack on extra costs on an already expensive part. Don't let the calm tone of theirs fool you, they don't care. I wish there was an option for negative stars.
