I really wanted to support this black owned business but Machie was unable to provide good customer service. She shows up late for appointments, has a booking site that is inconsistent with her actual availability, and lacks professionalism. If you need a hair stylist that is dependable, personable, and respects your time she is not the one. I am very disappointed because I was truly looking to be a regular client of hers. I truly hope she learns to one day correct her errors. I wish her the best.

I had an appointment, Machies didn’t show up, I texted to let her know I was at the shop waiting , she asked me to come back in an hour and apologized, an hour later I texted her, she did not respond. Inconsiderate and unprofessional.

Has me show up for an appointment just to cancel me when I got there and this the day before mother’s trifling smh. All this for a wash and style so unprofessional
