This place makes a "Mean" sandwich, literally!. So far everything on the menu has been excellent, huge portions. I think its take-out only, no seating. Hours open are a little hit and miss. Always delicious and will be back soon.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This establishment canceled my order without making any effort to contact me or let me know beforehand. As a returning customer placing my second order, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. I was prepared to spend $77 on this order, and the least I expected was the professional courtesy of a phone call to explain the situation and offer an apology, even if the staff was busy or unable to fulfill the order. We stopped to get sandwiches to take on the airplane and now I wish we had discovered this place earlier in our trip. Absolutely delicious.
