I am extremely disappointed with my experience. This establishment canceled my order without making any effort to contact me or let me know beforehand. As a returning customer placing my second order, I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. We stopped to get sandwiches to take on the airplane and now I wish we had discovered this place earlier in our trip. Absolutely delicious.
It’s been a while and I forgot just how good machetes sandwiches are. Their sandwich bread is made in house so always fresh and pillowy. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. It’s a refreshing change from some other places where you get less for more. Oh and you can preorder via the Chowhound app. They do offer delivery as well.
