I don’t usually leave reviews but this office was 10/10! The atmosphere, staff, and care were all amazing! They made me feel so comfortable and welcome and I just really appreciate that:)
The reason for my visit to Machesney Park Family Dental was do to an insurance change. I had been seeing my last dentist for several years and was not happy about the forced change. I found the facility was very clean, and the staff members were informative, considerate and professional. The test equipment seemed to be the latest technology and used correctly. Very knowledgeable hygienist and doctors that are willing to walk you through a treatment process. Willing to offer and work with what you have while keeping your budget in mind. Does everything possible to get you where you want to be. I found everyone at the office to be very kind.
My whole family loves coming here! Everyone is so nice and accommodation to our needs. My young boys especially love to come in for a check up!
Not only did it feel as if the dentist I had ,strayed beyond the path of work being done, but all of the money I spent i feel was for pain and more damaged teeth, my cap they put on my tooth fell off within a month or so and they didn’t care to fix it leaving me with a black hole in place, and my still good front teeth look worse than they did before due to some odd feeling work they did and weren’t supposed to be doing at that time, feel as if she slipped up and tried to fix it and made it worse, by far the worst experience... read more
