Entitle staff who were involved were genuinely professional, kind, and efficient. Dr Machen is an all around superior dentist. Her work over the past years has been excellent in each case. I don’t believe she has an equal in the Idaho Falls area. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone.
The hygienist was professional, thorough and funny. The ladies up front were very helpful.
As usual, my appointment was on time, the hygienist was thorough, friendly, not rough, and I'm completely happy with Dr. Machen and her staff.

Machen family dentistry is absolutely the best ever. Over the years, I have been a patient in several dental offices. None can compare with the absolute honesty, care and concern of Dr,. Machen. I have never particularly looked forward to a dental visit. That all changed when I met Dr. Machen. She is simply incredible!!
We've been going there several years now and they always do a great job. Everyone is always very friendly an it seems like they are always trying to improve.

I love this dentistry office... they treat you with respect and kindness, explain everything clearly, show you the x-rays and photos so that you know what is needed. Dr. Machen is a highly skilled and intelligent dentist who takes the time to consider all options and treatments. Her staff follows the same approach in providing excellent care and treatment from cleanings to fillings and anything that is needed.
Never fear Dr. King is here. What an excellent team of people here. It doesn’t matter who you deal with here because it is a n atmosphere of caring for people. The young lady that had to take care of me is outstanding.
