Machen Family Medical is hands down, the best clinic around. Heidi is both professional and personable. You are never rushed or herded from one waiting area to the next. My husband has tried several providers to help him manage his INR, all of which promise big things but end up dropping the ball. Emily worked VERY hard and dealt with our insurance for a few weeks before FINALLY getting him what he needed. I really can't say enough about the ladies that make up this clinic. Heidi and all the staff at Machen Family Medical are incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated to your care. Heidi takes time to explain things and is a great listener. I've had several doctors try to rush me in and out, making me feel stupid when I try to explain my issues. This is NOT the case with Heidi. I HIGH RECOMMEND Machen Family Medical!
