Secretary is extremely rude. We were supposed to get a call back from the attorney 2 weeks ago. I've called and left 4 messages with his secretary for him to call us back. Not even sure she's giving them to him. Not 1 call back. So now, we have no answers, and are out $$ we gave them.
Rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever dealt with! Not sure why anyone would choose to have someone like that work for them and be the face of their business. She must be a family member. I believe her name is Susan. After a brief interaction I decided this law office was not who I would want to represent me based on her and her alone.

We used his services in 2012 and needed him again this year. I called and realized quickly his receptionist is still the same RUDE, Unprofessional female, so I will be finding someone else.
