I can not in good faith recommend this atty. I may have been better off with with no atty than with Mr. Mitchell and his secretary. Has no problem taking your money and telling you what you want to hear. Ive dealt with a good many lawyers and this is by far the worst in every single way. Bad experience mafe worse by this truly awful attorney
He ruined my life asking to see my child when mother kept her from me for a year and he lets her turn it against me as I’m the problem. I would not recommend this lawyer at all he will not fight for you. I have seen public defenders better
Mitch worked diligently on my sisters estate. He was easy to communicate with, very thorough and compassionate. We will continue using him for any needs in the future!
Secretary is extremely rude. We were supposed to get a call back from the attorney 2 weeks ago. I've called and left 4 messages with his secretary for him to call us back. Not even sure she's giving them to him. Not 1 call back. So now, we have no answers, and are out $$ we gave them.
Rudest most unprofessional receptionist I have ever dealt with! Not sure why anyone would choose to have someone like that work for them and be the face of their business. She must be a family member. I believe her name is Susan. After a brief interaction I decided this law office was not who I would want to represent me based on her and her alone.
