I have tried to call this office 10+ times since moving to Anderson and no one has ever answered. I even left a voicemail to get a return call. No callback. I’ll just make the 45 min drive to our old city to go to the eye doctor.
Terrible place to go, I called two weeks ago to get my glasses replaced never got a call back. Never got a check up. Never got a check in terrible place staff rude!
This was my first and last time going to Macha Family Eye Care. The eye doctor was great but the front office girls treated me like I'm a second class citizen. I do not recommend this establishment.
Update…. 11/2025. I explained that I will never return for myself or my son. After posting the below review I received a bill for $7 for an appointment in 2021. They won’t even let you receive your glasses until bill is shown paid in full, which I did! Now I receive a bill from a collection agency for $25, 4 years later! I will provide my paid receipt from 2021 and bill your business for the wasted time I have spent.
