Terrible place to go, I called two weeks ago to get my glasses replaced never got a call back. Never got a check up. Never got a check in terrible place staff rude!
This was my first and last time going to Macha Family Eye Care. The eye doctor was great but the front office girls treated me like I'm a second class citizen. I do not recommend this establishment.
Update…. 11/2025. I explained that I will never return for myself or my son. After posting the below review I received a bill for $7 for an appointment in 2021. They won’t even let you receive your glasses until bill is shown paid in full, which I did! Now I receive a bill from a collection agency for $25, 4 years later! I will provide my paid receipt from 2021 and bill your business for the wasted time I have spent. Horrible experience you call and get told 1 thing then when you go in get told completely different and talked to like your stupid from the rep lacey! Every pair of glasses we have received they break in first couple days. Mind you we hadto wait a month for the glasses due to last did not order them their exact words where sorry the order was lost we are putting a rush on it. I really like the optometrist, have been going to him for several years. The Optiticians are unprofessional and could careless about selling glasses,very disappointing. I have moved on from this business
