Arising from a hail storm to our suburb in November 2026, our 21’6 JB DRE suffered external panel damage to the roof and sides. The local JB dealer recommended Mach 1 Caravan and Repair Solutions located at Caboolture (Qld) for the repairs. Having recently retired from the service industry, my expectations regarding communications, quality workmanship and product is high. Took van in for service today Phil and John and the boys done a great job. Replaced suspension parts after inspection of faulty parts. Excellent service good price for work done .Would highly recommend Mach 1 for all your caravan needs. Very happy customer

Phillip and the team at Mach1 were totally awesome in repairing our New Age van (must note not under insurance), right from the initial stage of servicing the van for water leak inspection through to the repair to both front and rear section of the van due to poor manufacture skills, totally recommend Phillip and his team enough through this process and the servicing of the van which I might add they actually did the service and not just brush over it.
