Brunch and mimosas!!!! We sat in the bar which is my favorite area of the restaurant! Everything was perfect…. Get the mimosa flight (my favorite is the grapefruit!) laid back, inviting atmosphere- really the closest thing we will find to the”cheers” vibe! Brando- amazing server! Glad Macs is my town!! I planned on having lunch here with a friend on a lovely June Wednesday afternoon of 2026. Walked in around 1:00 in the afternoon and asked for a water view tablet. I was informed by the staff member that the Restaurant was closed and only the Tavern was open. What??? Who wants to sit in that dark dinghy Tavern when it’s a beautiful day on the water? The food was delicious! The fried green tomato caprese was good. The green beans with bacon were delicious. The crab cake wasn't lump, but it was well-made and tasty. The server was attentive without being intrusive. We ate on the deck, which is a nice space with a cover that provides sun protection without blocking the view.
